I should point out that the largest engine covered by NAMBA liability insurance is 36 cc. You will need to arrange for other insurance or check your homeowner's policy for coverage if you run these bigger engines.

Insurance to run an RC boat, isn't the world grand. If hes not racing it, no need for insurance. Just use common sense.

If you run with no insurance and for some reason you have a failure and hit and injur someone, be prepared to lose your house. RUNNING WITHOUT INSURANCE IS CRAZY.

Just out of curiosity. How many people do you know that have gotten sued or lost there house?

If the lake or pond is ONLY occupied by YOUR boat, there is No Issue.

Run with other boats, Swimmers, Paddle boats, Dogs fetching balls Ect, Your in a world of hurt if your RC boat gets away from you and gets in contact with ANY of the above
