Zama carb parts?

Looking for info on rebuilding a Zama C1U. the air purge is not purging,push the bulb in and it stays in.
I think there is a ( maybe capillary) check valve in the block the bulb sits on under a welch plug that is clogged.
Anyone got info on this thing? Got two carbs now that ended up getting replaced because of this

Post a pic of your carb. There should also be #'s on it's side. I fix weedeaters for a living. I can prolly help with your carb problem.

I need a source for part and if the kits include the parts needed to replace the check valve for the air purge.

Still need to know what you have to help you? Zama .. Rotary...Stens... Stihl bought Zama so there quality should improve.

As stated above... Rotary.. Stens... I can send you a kit.... Can't do much without knowing what you have??? O ya Google it!

Its a Zama carburetor, the kits don't have the parts I need.
I'll never buy another piece of equipment with a Zama on it.
You can get anything you want for a Walbro. When one of these things has a check valve problem you end up buying a new carb.

You can switch the carb to a Walbro.. Just a thought.

I might have to do something like that. I might make the parts I need.
The bottom line is the crap in the gas is causing these problems. I'm going to build a separator to get the alky out and see if that helps.
