No it does not fit, The Crankcases for Quickdraws own top end has a different bolt pattern and pretty sure decked at different height, so a No Go.

Quickdraw has or at times built a Billet 4 bearing crankcase just for the Zenoah/RCMK cylinders that is a direct bolt on.

If you are looking to go for a 4 bearing bottom end RCMK have several on offer, they are in various stages, ie. like just the crankcase and then more items on top.
Unless you have a Zen cyl and quickdraw bottom. then it is as Scott said it is a no go.
