Perhaps the threads have drifted a little off topic as the original question was intended to focus on the gasket not the O rings.

However thank you to all of you that have responded as you have given me a lot of helpful information.

Craig,
what we are saying is GASKET used or not has a direct impact on the O-rings.
So while it may seem to have been off subject you received info on what was asked along with those little extras so you now can make a better informed decision :woohoo:
