But I remember reading a thread about this issue, and it seems that you maybe need to get a special kind of sparkplug, that is insulated to prevent disturbances on radio signals.
Maybe Scott or Marc will jump in and help you.
Cheers!

Can you recommend some makes of resistor spark plugs to look for, and maybe where to find them?
I am very much interested in getting one (and couple extra) for my own engine (40 cc Blata).
Cheers!

Hi Scott
It Hapens in my Billet not in RCMK .
The spark plug its a ngk WITH R.
Make sure receiver is AS FAR AWAY from engines plug and wire as possible, Throttle linkage is on nylon ends that won't transfer electric current/RF from engines cases.
NO CARBON FIBER push rods at engine end or CF box lids. Lastly try a fresh plug making sure resistor within plug is not faulty.
That's all the help I got

Woodie.
Take plug # you have and google search manufacturer, within that plugs family of like types/heat range you should find one with a resistor by seeing I.D. match plug you have with one having an R in the I.D. code. Use a cross reference to another MFG if required.
Most broad choices will be NGK or Bosch

You are allways good for usefull advices.
"R" in the code should mean "Resistor"? I will check my current spark plug and try to find a couple more of the right sort.
Cheers!
