weedy question was created by bshey
If i prime a ryobi 31cc, then pull start it and i see some sort of fume coming out the muffler and when i take off the spark plug, it comes out to, then does that mean the carby is doing its job?
If so, then it must be a spark issue, but there is spark. Please help!!

That would be your fuel/air mix.
Really easy to flood the ryobi if primed too much.
prime it then hold the throttle open and see if it will start then.
