The seals are new and they are leaking.....How do I fix them...? ???

ALL the brass insert type zero drags seals leak a small amount ... Just some wetness around them really.

** Because zero drag seals are ZERO CONTACT with crankshaft, NO physical seal is actually made, but instead seal by being VERY close too the same diameter.

Do note however that seals can wear out VERY QUICKLY if installed crooked, or crank has excessive run out from being bent out of alignment.

Will the oil in the fuel help seal them......

As Scott said, they are non-contact and seal only because of tight tolerances. I have had bad luck with some. I would suggest getting some new ones from a well known manufacturer and replacing them. They are fairly inexpensive. CC Racing have some good ones that I know. Also, if your crank runout is more than 2mil expect leakage, and this is fairly common. If you don't know how to check and/or adjust runout, I would recommend either getting new regular seals and forgetting about the zero drag seals, or sending the engine to someone who can check and adjust the crank if possible. Some cranks have too much runout and are just not worth messing with.
