can i flow my billet case the same as they do with the normal 4bearing case?

Yes, you can. It doesn't need to be drastic, just keep the flow smooth.

There is quite a difference in the amount that can be removed on a rear exhaust engine because the transfers are on the sides of the engine, not on the front & back. Increasing the crankcase's volume could have some effect on low & mid range power, but high range power is improved with a good pipe. When I have the engines apart again I'll post a photo.
