Hallo guys,can a twisted crank make the timing change in a g260 zenoah?,i had one that would not start and after changing coils,plugs carb and cylinder i swaped shorblock and it cranked right up,please help.thanks

If the crank was twisted far enough to change the timing so far it would not start, The engine would not even turn over and cases would be broken !!
No IMO, a twisted crank would not keep the engine from starting, tho it would have other major running issues because of that.
Most common thing that occurs in an engine that has swallowed enough water to twist the crank is a SHEARED flywheel key ... That alters timing more than enough !!
