Pipes for Quickdraw high torque other than Hotpipe was created by Riggerman
Just wondering if there is a better pipe for the high torque than the hotpipe? I was thinking about a need for speed, insane, CC or something. I know the hotpipe is a proven performer but I don't really like the flex coupler.

I can not speak of first hand knowledge of using these pipes with the QDHT, but both the Need For Speed 2 inch band steel pipe .... or the CC racing 1 inch header 2 inch band aluminum are VERY strong runners in general.

Thanks Scott. I broke down and bought the hotpipe but I am going to order a NFS pipe in the next few weeks for my mod zenoahs. I will try it on the QD and see how it does.

You could always replace the flex coupler with a pitce of 7/8 tube. Then you can play with header length.

Any pipe that runs well on modified Zenoahs should work with the Quickdraw. I just tested the NFS band pipe and our standard M&D pipe on modified Zenoahs and the M&D cast cylinder engine. Both worked very well. The Quickdraw hot pipe is quite similar to the M&D pipe.
