What would be the cause of air bubbles? On my fuel tank there is a vented cap (small vent hole in the top). It was spitting some fuel out of it when the engine was running. Would it be sucking in air as well as spitting fuel out of it?

Hey

Also check the diafram in the carb. I had a crease in mine that caused a wierd lag.

I have been running a gas bag and in my new boat. i noticed bubbles in the fuel lines. I put some 1/4 inch foam under the bag...problem solved

Well, took it out for it's second run today. Mixed up a new batch of fuel with 8oz/gal and a few carb adjustments the motor seems to be running ALOT better. It seems like the propeller shaft is slipping a bit. I've got a new one ordered already so hopefully it will take care of the problem.
