Dang Woody, it looks like that machinist knew what he was doing when he made those engine rails.

Hi Steve.
Thanks. But I think it should be called an "engine frame", as the new (wooden) rails still is "in production".
Designer: Yours truely.
Cad drawing: My son.
Producer: Steve Seebold. (Much recommended).
Cheers!

Thank you Steve and Randy. (That's me blushing).
I have a picture taken from a different angle. I hope that I can attach it this time.
Note the fittings, that are still not mounted: The "curly" parts to the left of the frame, will be attached on the frame as an adjustable support for the front part of the exhaust. The double bars behind the frame will be set up as adjustable support for the double drives behind the gearbox. The bar with the two bumps is meant to support two oilers above the drives. More drilling and threading is to be done first.
I hope you "get the picture".
Cheers!
Lars
Added later: Forgot to say that the engine frame actually is designed to lower the engine (and the weight) as much as possible between the profiles in the hull. Compared to the original engine frame, the engine is now lowered 18 milimeters and will get to sit no more than 2 milimeters above the inside of the wooden keel.

The end?
I'm sorry guys. On top of my own difficulties about getting my act together, I have more serious trouble now, as sh*t really has hit the fan: My son, who should take care of the engineering, has raised a deadly serious family dispute against me due to some issues, which should not be mentioned here.
As it is now, I can't say how this will end. Maybe I can get on with the woodworks, but for now I am much too troubled.
I AM REALLY SORRY FOR BOTHERING YOU ABOUT THIS, AND FOR WASTING SO MUCH OF YOUR TIME AT MGB. PLEASE FORGIVE ME! I KNOW THIS IS NOT A "SOCIAL PLACE" FOR PERSONAL ISSUES.
Woody
PS: Mods: Please leave this for a short while before deleting. Some very special guys here should have the right to know.

Hey Woody, sorry to see you have some family issues. Don't give up on him, he will eventually come around.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.

Dude blood is thicker than water. All family disputes can be resolved. It is just a matter of coming together and rationalizing it out. Money should never be a factor in the equation

Thanks guys. You warm my heart.
My problem is that I have raised my son to be proud and successfull, and now it seems that I can't live up to his standards.
My victory kicks back on me.
For now Christmas will not be very merry.
But I wish you all a merry Christmas.
Enough about this. Mods can delete this if they want.
Hoping to be back with good news and some update about the Cigarette some day.
Woody.
