Cat with RCMK S254evo...

Laugh if they will but I've been running a Profession Model WTC pipe on my Falcon 41 with RCMK power. For a low-buck eBay Chinese pipe, it works rather well but is loud unmuffled. You can see it when it comes on the pipe as the front end will jump up.

Easy to quiet down, get more torque as well without hurting top end ... actually may even run stronger :woohoo:

Place a secondary stinger into pipe too the mid band area of pipe, we call this an internal stinger and it is quieter because the pressure bleed is not at the end of cone where the sound waves are strongest, but at pipe maximum diameter where the sound waves are weakest .... thus MUCH quieter.
Find a piece of THIN WALL tubing the O.D. of stinger outlets I.D. and long enough to end up inside pipe to middle of the banded area and flush with pipes outlet.
Either tac weld it in place, pop rivet or clamp .... it WILL quiet pipe down !!

Thank you Mr Scott! :)
now expect to get 90 degree header and some props to make tests!
here is a video a few days ago with wrap to center header and Octura x670 and the strut is like second photo.

hello to all again!
I have a question,i got the new 90 degree header and a zero band pipe.my question is,how many centimeters should put the band from the cylinder for the highest rpm?
the pipe is stainless steel water cooled,Length 400mm (exclude header) and largest point of the pipe 52.5mm
thank you very much!

Measured down the CENTERLINE path from manifold at cylinder to peak/max diameter of cones in the range of @ 330 to 350mm, this for maximum power and rpm so long as prop size and load is not too great engine should do very well.
