I'm not building anything gas right now,although I have two old hulls that need redone and motors put in them.I'm going to build a rescue boat for my gas ones.It's a scale model of a German one man pushboat called the Misuri.It's 26" long and will be electric powered with a detachable rescue barge on the front of it.I started laying out the patterns for each part,which I transfered from the plans onto poster board and will either use my benchtop bandsaw or my scroll saw to cut out.Here's pics of one that a guy on RC groups made and of the rescue barge.If I wanted to really get fancy I could add lights on it to do those after dark rescues.
