Viper is Tony's brand of hulls over here!
I know he has blata engines that he has played with.
He put one in a rigger not too long ago.
Im pretty sure he is on here still at times!

Did he ever get that rigger going? I saw it at the Nats & it never went more than a few feet. The thing was HUGE, it would be impressive to see it up & running properly.

Last I spoke to him he was rebuilding the hull to be lighter! :blink:
He had built that one pretty solid for testing purposes.
From what I saw it was nearly all 1/4 ply I think!

I've searched Youtube, and I think this is Tony's rigger:

A very (VERY) fast monster, and the engine looks like a Blata.
But the text says it runs on a 60cc engine (?). Hopefully I can make my own cigarette just as fast with a 40cc Blata and twin sub-surface propellers. After all my hull will be light - build of 2,4 and 1,8 mm birch plywood.

But who knows? My little project is a never before build one-off experiment.
