boat handling

Hi all took boat out on river yesterday and at speed it was rolling from left to right,the boat is fitted with trim tabs but at moment they are set level with bottom of hull can anyone give me some idea what needs to be done to rectify this problem and how the trim tabs need to be set if they will indeed cure this.Thanks in advance Darren. P.S. just watched a video on youtube and its chine walking is my boat so any ideas?
