Have a look up top of page and klik on RESOURCES/ENGINES/ZENOAH MAINTAINENCE SPECS
Its around 13 newton metres

As per Zenoah manual.. 9.8-14.7N-m,100-150kg-cm. Just get it close to these numbers because the rewind stater will probably put more stress on the nut than your torque wrench.IMO.
