What is the strongest servo?

monstrosity created the topic: What is the strongest servo?

here is a question im hoping someone may know the answer to:

What is the strongest ( torque ) servo??

must be " standard size" not 1/4 scale and normal wiring not bambozzled like SANWA munted servos LOL

the best i could find was a HITEC HS-7950TH which is 29 KG @ 6Volts

FYI need for a prototype Hydro-foil concept with retractable foils

Check out the higher voltage servos (I've noticed some 11.1 volt ones on the hobby city website) that have around 40 kg of torque.

Savox SB-2270SG
Dimensions: 40.3x20.2x38.5mm
7.4V: 444.0 oz-in

What do you guys think the min oz-in should be for my 54" bonzisports hull build up?

I also would like to stay with a standard servo. got a 120 oz-in for the throttle
just need to figure a solid performing min oz-in for a rudder, and or for a steerable sterndrive? any input is welcome...

About servos: If you want extra power it's simple: Just put two in a row.
