Easy method, swap plug, coils with known good ones if available. If not, there are some ohmmeter tests you can do as outlined in the Zenoah engine manuals available on this site in the Resources section under Engines. They are not conclusive tests but will however indicate if a coil is shorted out or open. Also make sure the gap between the flywheel and the pickup coil is correct. You may also want to check that the flywheel is correctly positioned on the crank...ie: sheared key. Hope this helps.
