Hard to really give any suggestions without actually seeing what its doing and knowing all factors...did you change props when you changed engines? Anything else at all that you changed? Strut settings? AOA?

hi bro, i didnt change the prop, its a Seaducer 3 bladed prop for their Hydro.

Change the prop. That is a high lift prop. Get something like a 3016/2 or better yet a 7316/2 from Brent Daily. You will love it! Sounds like the prop is pushing the tail up and plowing the front. Might not have been so noticeable with a weaker engine but shows up now that it has more umph.
