Just to set the record straight...The only paid advertisements on this site are Google ads, for which we get $ when people click on them. Aside from that, no companies are paying to be advertised on this site. The hobby related banner ads on this site are on here because they are companies that helped us in the past and I keep advertising them on here as a thank you to them. The can be seen in the "links section". As for the Google ads, well, we need the income to keep this site open and running. We aren't on a free server and we're not on a inexpensive shared hosting...we're on a cloud server and there is a considerable cost tied to it.

One question. I don't see any "Google Ads" when I visit the MGB site. Can you point out
what those are? Is my pop-up blocker stopping them - if so, IE10 is not letting me know
it is doing so???

Turned off pop-up blocker; not logged in = don't see Google Ads

Turned on pop-up blocker; either way still don't see any Google ads - site looks the same

If clicking on them helps MGB make it's way then I would be happy to click 'em every
now and then but I need to know what I should be clicking. If you won't accept our money
then at least accept our "clicks".

There are a few different positions that Google ads are showing on the site, but if you just want to confirm that they are showing for you or not, at the very bottom of the site, between the 2 square ads for CC Racing and XPS, you should see a square banner ad powered by Google ads... If you aren't seeing it, something is most likely blocking the Advertisements. These ads can be from just about any company advertising through Google. I blocked off as many non related categories as google would allow.

Firefox displays everything on this site as it was intended to look. Just FYI.

I see now. It's an IE10 glitch - cannot show any part of the Google Ads. Firefox does
display the ads.

Unfortunately there are a lot of "glitches" with IE... too bad its still so popular... FF and Chrome are much better.
