hi guys/girls iam new at rc boating and need a little help!i have 54"mono hull and got my hands on a zenoah full mod 260 motor,i wanted to know if anybody can help me with what kind of setup i should do?(my drive,steering,prop,ect)and where i should find parts.i live in canada,britsh columbia. thanks kevin.

I got all of my running gear from Tony at Warehouse Hobbies, great people to deal with and very helpful with setup questions.
I would shoot for a 30-33% center of gravity from the transome, if my math is correct that puts your balance point at about 17 3/4" from the transome.
