Here is a link to the one I built. It may be of assistance. I used a 1000ml bag, but if you want to use a tank, Aeromarine recommend a 16oz flat tank (BT16). Some trimming of the bulkhead may be required.

Marc I have read your article and I have found it really helpful..But I have never used a fuel bag and I am afraid that they are more sensitive than the tanks. What I want to know is if it is ok to trim the bulkhead and put there the tank??Would it be better to put on the right of the engine??

Notch it out just enough for the hard tank to slide in it and hold it down .

I would not mount the tank on the side...the cat has enough tendency to dig the inside sponson as it is! Mount the tank upfront is my suggestion. :)

Hi guys!
this is my building,
the black cat I build for client which love to run along and a huge time.
Usually he runs a gallon of gas mix per day. No any problem with engine fuel feeding.

I place here a new project with new fuel sustem, Orange Electric Conquest cat, for newbie, which runs a short time. I use a 16 oz fuel bag from Hanson. No any cut off of wood needed. 2 nylon band, 1 short line of gas tubing.

Also I place a photo with my Hydro fuel bag. Thanks Marc for good review of yellow Insane!
