Thats Jeroen Passman's TWISTER rigger.

Video is from holland and the boat it self is a design by Tom van den Brink.

The kits are sold a a built tub , a set of sponsons and a cowl .. you need to finish it your self . there is an online building manual , its in dutch (with pics ) but i am working hard to translate it in english , we are selling the Twisters all around the globe , Great brittain , New zeeland , Germany , it seems to be a good looking easy running allround hydro .. more info on :
