Our policy:
We only send overseas via USPS International Priority.
If shipping size restrictions prevent us from shipping to you, there is nothing we can do.
The reason for this is because we end up paying VAT and duties when the recipient refuses to pay it. This was with FedEx and UPS.
With USPS, you have to pay taxes before they release the package.
We simply can't afford to lose $30 or $40 on a kit...
Besides, FedEx and UPS are very expensive for overseas shipping.

That said, we have a distributor in Germany that will ship to you.
