Scott is that a modified Speedmaster motor mount in the Rigger ?
I like the idea of having sleeves over the rubber mounts. Does anyone make sleeves for the larger 1" rubber mounts?

This one maybe ...

It is an AEROMARINE mount, that is IMO an outstanding unit when you can access the mount screws from the side like in a rigger tub. But they kind of suck when down within hull attached to the stringers for the same screw access issues. ( Should I say LACK OF access )
