I was just wondering if anybody has heard anything about this system.I did read up on it but it sounds like just a waste of money and just for looks.Any ideal if it is or does it realy make your boat run better and faster?

No, they DO NOT work. While not snake oil, there advertised application is being misrepresented !

The Boost Bottle concept was developed in the 1980's for REED INDUCTION motocross bikes.
* What they do in a REED valve engine is ....
Absorb some of the intake ram effect so the rise is crankcase pressure can close the reeds quicker.
Then as the intake tract get a low pressure draw by the reeds starting to open again the bottles slight positive pressure discharges back into the air flow into the engine.

In a Piston Port induction engine, the bottle is absorbing the ram effect of the intake charge actually robbing the engine of ingested air while dampening the intake cycle because of increased volume of the intake tract.

who's boat is this? why is there tygone being used for water line's & I'll bet thats clear water tubing being used on those boost bottles.

It was the boat off the site that sells the boost system.

There is another boat load of hype on e-bay at the moment - he went all out with the "twin Boost" system too. The guy selling it looks to be the guy peddling the bottles for boats cgi.ebay.com/RC-Boat-Dual-Boos...%3A1%7C294%3A50

How do you dump inventory ? .... You double up the items saying TWINS are better than singles and double screw your customers :cry:
