Hull seems a bit small for gas, but if it runs, it will be fast!!!

Seeing that perspective .... engine is WAY too far back.
The drive cable collet of engine should be at @ the end of the sponsons ride surface with engine completely forward of that position.

Attached an image of a typical engine position used in Gas Sport Hydros.

The Sponsons TRAILING edge is just behind the "3 and 9" numbers where the outside edge of sponson turns inward.

* Location should be about where your "DUMMY" engine is at :ohmy:

scott thanks for ur help i would like 2 no if u have ever run this type of hydro i have not i just started the hobbie got this boat destroyed and turned it into a project.
