turn your boat over and lay a straight edge on the hull, check the transom area for "hooks"(concave spots). I had a problem with an Express craft scarab hull it was doing the same thing at high speed. If you have to add epoxy to the hull it wont add to much weight. also try useing a heat gun and cold water.trim tabs wouldnt hurt. What kind of drive and is it in the center?

Another question is, Where is your center of gravity? Having the proper balance is a key factor in performance and ride characteristics of the boat. I like to set up my deep vee mono's at 33-34% from the prop. This helps to get the bow up and also tends to let the hull skip waves in stead of cutting. Does that hull have strakes on the bottom? If so sharpen the edges and check the flats, as HMETAH said, it may have a hook in it. One other thing to consider is torque roll from the prop, depending on the size and pitch. Just a few other things to think about. Post some pics of the setup, we love pics. Good luck keep us posted on your progress.
