Rudder servo is changing its center position

I notice you said you put the receiver in a balloon. Futaba states not to cover the receiver as it does not like to get hot. I had a binding issue one race-day due to too much sun light. Had to rebind receiver while clock was ticking down for the start.

What Hitec servo is it. I had a 805MG that use to go over centre every time I come out the corner. Had to keep on giving steering input down the strait. Other boaters use to mock me that I was a bit tipsy.

Steve - I'm use a mount from warehouse hobbies which lets that 105 degree pipe sit right there, Your right thats alot of heat and
like Freezer said I will cut a plug in the cover to open between runs
I didn't get a chance to try the extra receiver today

Ed you were right - I made a linkage using carbon fiber rod with 6/32 threaded rod running allmost all the way through it, tapped out some heavy duty 4-40 linkage ends - no more binding ! but sure enough the threaded rod was slipping inside the carbon fiber, The Zap gave way to excessive cornering, Drove me crazy, but all better
Thanks again
