Hi all,

I'm new to RC boat and was wondering if I can use this type of grease from Autozone to grease the flex cable. The stuff is very sticky and so make the prop hard to turn by hand.

I'm using Castrol full synthetic grease from Autozone, it works great.

Any good waterproof grease should work fine. Some last longer than others, but if you do good pre and after run maintenance you should not have problems with whatever grease you use, as long as it's good quality and waterproof. I personally prefer the one that CC Racing sells...lasts a whole day easy.
