Not sure what make of boat that is, but from the back it looks like a Seaducer mono. What you are experiencing it torque roll from the prop. The first thing to do is to make sure you are using a prop that is well prepared (balanced, and very sharp and thinned). If it still does it, you can try offsetting the strut to the right slightly, maybe 1/8" to 1/4" or so. Trim tabs might help, but the Seaducer was designed to run without them. If this is not a Seaducer, it may be a copy of the bottom, or very similar. If you try trim tabs, I would go with the Speedmaster 2"x2" tabs and not use joined inner and outer tabs as shown...use seperated tabs so you can use only inners, or use outers as well if you want, but take them out about 3/4" to 1" from the inners. The inner right tab is the one that can help with torque roll, you set it slightly lower. Hope this helps. I would start with prop and offsetting strut.
