I'm slowly getting the ball rolling on my new Conquest build. I'm building this one with some old and new ideas. The hull I'm starting with is a custom built Conquest from Aeromarine, featuring a heavy layup, carbon fiber reinforcements and bulkhead 2" more forward than normal. Here are a few pics of the bare hull. I will post some pics as I move ahead (but some will be secret to not give away too much info before the racing season)

any progress on the build? also what strut heights are guys starting at with the conquest at 35%+cg?

I haven't progressed on this build...it was sidelined by a rigger project. I will get back to it soon. For starting strut height try about 1/2" up from bottom of sponsons to centerline of propshaft...adjust from there... really depends a lot on the prop used.
