Nice job Marc, although I might add, you should have a radius where the strut joins the shaft carrier. A sharp or square corner is a place for a crack to start which could lead to devistating results for your favorite prop. A 1 to 1.5 MM radius would work fine. I would use 2 to 3 MM or a 1/16 to 3/32 radius.

That is a great tip Steve, and I agree 100%. Need to get me some bullnose endmills and also radiusing bits! :)
